The AlSalam hotel offers a clean environment and excellent food, making it a good choice for both family and business occasions. The standout feature is the polite and professional staff, particularly Miss Alaa at reception. However, I had a disappointing experience with the general management and their failure to deliver on promised services. Overall, while the dining is exceptional, the management leaves much to be desired.
